We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your request, and we treat health information as confidential.
What we collect. Appointment requests, referrals, questions and reviews collect only the details needed to respond: names, contact details, the reason for contact and, where relevant, information supplied by a referring physician.
How it is used. Submissions are sent to the clinic office and referral team and are used only to arrange or support care. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Security. This site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. Administrative access is role-based and limited to staff who need it. Please do not send detailed medical records through the website; our office will direct you to a secure channel.
Publishing. Testimonials, children's reviews and question content are published only with written consent, and identifying medical details are removed.
Your choices. You may ask us to correct or delete information you have submitted by writing to planetkidspediatrics@gmail.com.
