Emergencies. Online forms are not monitored continuously. If your child needs urgent care, call 911 or attend your nearest emergency department.

Appointments. Submitting an appointment request does not confirm a booking. A visit is confirmed only when our office contacts you.

External sources. Where we summarise guidance from organisations such as the Canadian Paediatric Society, we attribute and link to the original. Those organisations are not responsible for our summaries.

Acceptable use. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or that discloses another person's health information without their consent.
