Arrive at Planet Kids
Find us, park, and come through the front doors. There is a ramp and a lift.
Step 2
Meet our friendly team
Someone will say hello, check your details and tell you what happens next.
Step 3
Explore the waiting area
Books, colour and space to sit together until it is your turn.
Step 4
Visit one of our themed rooms
Maybe the Fire Truck Room, the Ocean Room or the Train Room. You will find out on the day.
Step 5
Meet Dr Ukpeh
He will listen, ask questions and explain everything before he does it.
Step 6
Head home with a smile
You will leave knowing what happens next - and probably with a sticker.

What to bring
Health card
Bring your child's Ontario health card, plus any referral letter.
Medication list
A list of anything your child takes regularly, including drops and inhalers.
Your questions
Write them down beforehand - appointments move quickly.
If your child finds appointments hard, tell us when you book. We can allow extra time and plan the visit together. Room availability may vary during your visit.
